One of them is to take a coca-cola bottle and empty half of it. Then, flip it upside down and write your notes on it with a marker. After that, flip it back again and nobody will be able to see anything. If you got a bad mark, place some masking tape over it and then trace it. Lift the masking tape and the mark will be removed.
