In this video, I show you how to get more creative with those rectangular little guys. If it’s noisy at night and you’re trying to sleep, you can use clean sponges as earplugs to eliminate the noise. To clean glass bottles, you can cover a spatula with cut-up sponge stripes and reach all those difficult places that get dirty when doing your dishes. To clean your microwave wet a sponge and put it in there for 3 – 5 minutes, then open it up and the dirt will absorb the liquid. Therefore, the whole cleaning will become easier. You can use sponges as your hiding place while traveling. Simply cut up a hole in them, hide the money and voila. You can also use little cut up sponges as a nail remover. Simply cut them in smaller pieces to fit into a jar, then soak them in some nail polish remover and voila. Every time you’d want to clean your nails, you’ll just dip your finger in without any mess.
